FCR Suspension was approached about helping with a 2009 ktm 450xc for a 24hr 6 man team race. All of the riders weights and skill levels varied greatly so this was going to be quite a chalenge. We received the brand new suspension at the last minute but still got the job done. The mods that were performed included: fork and shock revalve, FCR Works w/p fork piston assembly, FCR Works shock nitrogen resevoir assembly, an FCR Works super variable rate shock spring. As always we paid very close attention to detail. We did not use any crazy shock needles. The mods and products that we have developed and utilized on this project was very straight forward and very effective. Here's what the riders had to say......
