Shipping:
All shipping is UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
2nd day, next day, and Saturday delivery are available upon
request.
Payment:
All work and parts are shipped pre paid. Visa & Mastercard
are accepted.
FCR Suspension no longer accepts personal or business checks due
to the unstable economy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause. We will be offering payment via certified bank check/money order or
bank wire transfer. For non-us customers we will only accept bank wire
transfer.
Damage in shipping:
Any damage in shipping is the sole responsibility of the
courier. FCR suspension is in no way liable for any damage
in shipment.
Shipping charges:
All shipping charges are FOB from FCR. The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges to and from FCR. FCR
will not accept any cod packages from the customer.
Warranty:
Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
All work performed by fcr suspension is guaranteed for 30
days against defects in workmanship and materials. All revalve
work performed by FCR is 100% guaranteed for the entire time
the customer owns the same bike. If you are unsatisfied with
the mod work, please contact us immediately. We will either
help you adjust your suspension or we revalve it again at
no charge to you.. if you had the suspension for longer than
1 month, you will only be charged for oil and a fork and shock
service. Sorry, no cash refunds. Warranty only applies to
parts worked on or replaced. Example: if your shock was revalved
and a new shock seal head was installed, the seal head and
labor is covered. However, if the bottom out bumper fails
it is not covered, nor is the labor to replace it..
