Our main operations center in East Palestine, OH offers schooling for individuals who want to learn the ins and the outs of suspension building and tuning. Our schooling is a no-nonsense approach to rebuilding, modifying and general servicing of dirt bike suspension.

We will show you every step you will need to make a reputable name for yourself and your work by providing you with the most in-depth and personalized training that is available in the industry. We are proud to offer on-hands training because it is our belief that you can only learn so much sitting in a chair listening to a guy talk about how to do it.

We show you the how and the why and then we let you actually do the work yourself while your instructor is right there by your side every step of the way, guiding you and taking the time to teach you the correct way. And most importantly, the safe way! FCR Suspension has been in business since 1990 and since then we have done thousands of shocks and forks.

Over the years we have developed our own line of springs and works valving components, and we are very proud to be able to say that we manufacture all of our mod parts in-house. We want to make everything that we have and do available to you. After your schooling with FCR, all of our products, services, and technology will be available to you any time you need. From shaft nuts to works piston kits and everything in between, at a discounted price.

We will be available to you for technical advice for anything that you may run into and need help with. We are constantly testing and building new and exciting suspension parts and we love to share what we learn and manufacture with our partners. We want our trainees to be a part of our company. An 'extension' of our family. We all need to be successful and to put out superior products and services and to be profitable!

Student Testimonials

So, if you're anything like me you've read through every suspension website you could possibly find looking for the best possible bang for the buck. Look no further! This is no classroom training, no suspension bible reading, no waste of money since I got a free suspension setup type of school. This is a real hands-on school inside of a real suspension shop from the word go! The boys at FCR take you through the "ins and outs" and the "whys" of everything imaginable on suspension setup and valving theory. On top of everything you learn at FCR you become a bit of family in the process, anytime I need help they are always there to walk me through a problem or just offer up advice which is worth its weight in gold, they have literally seen it all. So, before you waste your time or more importantly that hard earned money on a sub-par suspension school, give FCR a shout, and become a part of the FCR fam.
